Wireless Edge Service Module xl J9001A: Web-Auth
I have a WESM-J9001A installed in an HP 5308, i have a WLAN, and SSID setup to use Web-Auth in VLAN 104. Now the issue i'm having is that when a client accesses this WLAN, they get an IP Address from the DHCP Scope i have created on the WESM, but when they open Internet Explorer the client does not get redirected to the Network Login. I'm using the Internal Web-Auth Pages.
Now when i put the WLAN/SSID in Vlan 1, it works with no problems at all.
I'm running software code 2.0.12, i've read that previous versions of code has had a problem, but it should've been fixed in version 1.05.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Wireless Edge Service Module xl J9001A: Web-Auth
Hello,
Have you checked if you can reach vlan 1 from vlan 104? if you can├В┬┤t reach perhaps you can├В┬┤t be redirected.

Thanks! I checked that again, and actually i solved the problem. Seems like the Core switch did not have the necessary trunks for vlan 104.
