Auto Case Creation introduced for HPE GreenLake for Compute Ops Management
HPE GreenLake for Compute Ops Management is excited to announce an introduce Auto Case Creation a feature that enables faster resolution of critical issues and reduces the risk of unplanned outages. When automatic support case creation is configured and a supported service event occurs on a managed server in Compute Ops Management, an HPE support case is created in the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support Center.
This feature helps IT teams to quickly identify and address issues, reducing the time required for manual identification and case creation. It also improves the overall efficiency of IT operations by automating routine tasks and reducing the risk of human error.
For more information, see the HPE GreenLake Edge to Cloud Platform User Guide or the HPE GreenLake for Compute Ops Management Getting Started Guide.
Looking to find out how you can integrate HPE ProLiant Gen10 & Gen11 to simplify and secure server management from edge to cloud.

Re: Auto Case Creation introduced for HPE GreenLake for Compute Ops Management
Hi mrusinek,
The Auto Case Creation for HPE GreenLake for Compute Ops Management does not require any configuration in iLO like with other products like iLO Amplifier and OneView. There is no direct link for this topic so please open HPE GreenLake for Compute Ops Management and navigate to Documentation > Auto Case Creation. That topic details what needs to be configured in HPE GreenLake and what specific service events will trigger an automatically created case.
Please let us know if you have further questions.
Thank you-
