No workspaces visible

We created a new user in our HPE Greenlake environment, but when logged in, we get no workspaces available ?

Re: No workspaces visible

Hello User,

There may be few scenarios here
Is the workspace configured for SSO ?
Is the user logging in with an username & Password ?

Kindly reach out to HPE Greenlake Platform support team
https://h41390.www4.hpe.com/support/index.html?form=glsupport

The support team will validate the user and may require other mandatory details as well.

Re: No workspaces visible

DId you assign any roles to the user from a workspace?

Re: No workspaces visible

Hi Steven,

As an example, Let's assume UserA@abc.com is part of "MSP Workspace" and UserB@def.com is part of "Tenant Workspace".
If UserA@abc.com from MSP Workspace deletes the associated "Tenant workspace" - UserB@def.com will not see any Workspace.
Error: No Workspace available

If you are facing similar issue, try contacting your associated MSP provider to get the access.

If you are still looking for help, try contacting the HPE Greenlake Support from the link given below.

Re: No workspaces visible

Sath:

Thanks, but I do not have any issues.  I simply was asking Tim if the user was assigned any roles.  As you stated, I actually did just that, removed a sub-workspace in order to convert to standalone (from MSP) and my test sub user cannot see anything now... which is to be expected.  I thought that In Tim's case, he created a new user and maybe did not assign any roles, but I realize now though that new user process forces you to assign a role which should make the workspace visible in some form or fashion.

So it is possible he was playing around with MSP mode and created sub customer users and subsequentially deleted the customer/tenant and now has the same issue of no access to a workspace.
