Turning off Utilization alerts not working

Hi,

I would like to turn off the server utilization alerts, I've configured this under 'Manage' and 'Metrics data collection and utilization alerts' like this:

When I look at servers however, they are still alerting on utilization, based on a 'sustainability metric':

Turning off the alert therefore seems to have had no effect.
I have found a way to manually 'clear' the alert from every server, however this wasn't what I expected that I would need to do.

Frankly, this type of alerting just isn't useful and I'm surprised that this feature was added to COM - when so much other functionality that I would regard as core to actually managing servers appears to be missing. For example, being able to set a location to a server that is directly connected.

Sorry you are still getting the utlization alerts. Please log a case so we can get this reviewed.
