2928PWR Can't Ping Domain Controller

I'm having a terrible time bringing my 2928PWR online.  At this point the only thing I am interested in is simply adding the 2928 to my existing network in an attached building.  It is connected by fiber cable to a Baseline Plus 2848SFP.  Both switches show that they are linked so I believe the cable is OK.

I used the configuration wizard on the 2928 to give the switch an IP address on our existing subnet, changed the port type from Access to Trunk and disabled/enabled the port and still I can't ping the domain controller.

What else am I missing?
