2948-SFP Plus not responding to web management

Hello,



 



I had to reset the admin password on my 2948 switch using the console port and rebooting into failsafe mode. It worked perfectly, and I verified that no other info (like IP) was changed using the console interface.



However, my switch no longer responds to any requests from the network, I can not reach the web inteface from any computer. I can not ping it either (my firewall says it blocks all ports).



I've tired rebooting a few times but to no avail. I'd rather not reset it.



 



Any tips?
