3Com 4400 PWR RFC484 MIB

Hi All

I am looking for the RFC484 MIB.  This is the MIB that the 4400 uses to provide Power to the Interface Port.

I am hoping to turn on/off Power to Ports using a Windows Scheduler with SNMP commands.
