assign an acl to a vlan interface by graphic mode

hello friends good day, I'm nobato in hpe. Can you please tell me how I assign an acl to a vlan interface in web mode? I do not know why I can not connect by telnet to the switch core, I have found material by CLI, but the switch rejects my connections by telnet and I have the telnet service enabled. I created the lsa rules of the acl by graphic mode but I can not find where to assign them, can you help me please.
