Can't configure an acl on interface - 4210

Hello guys. Why i can't configure one acl in an interface on 4210? Haven't packet-filter command. Switch 4210 26-Port Software Version 3Com OS V3.01.15s168 DEVICE NAME : 3CR17333-91 It's ridiculous, LOL. We have anothers 4210 with fimware S4210-CMW310-R2215P12-S168.bin and we can... Can this FW be used on 3CR17333-91switches ?
