DHCP Relay On VLAN
Have a 3COM 4500G, with 3 VLANS. 1, 55, 60. Ports are defined as "Hybrid" with Untagged, Tagged, Tagged respectively. The port the DHCP server is plugged into his defined as "Access", and Untagged on VLAN 1.
I have the server-group defined and pointed to the IP of the DHCP server, and have defined the server-select to the group in each VLAN inteface.
When I connect my IP phone to a port, it somehow goes right to VLAN 60. The normal procedure for the phone is to get DHCP address on default VLAN, which includes a DHCP option will tells it to tag packets and then re-request DHCP on that VLAN.
In a Procure environment, this behavior would tell me that the port the DHCP server is in, is not NO on all the VLANs tagging. On the 3COM, I'm kinda lost.
