feature request - Who can I talk to?

Hi,

I´d like to see a specific software feature within the HP 5500-EI / 5500-HI series, which can already be found within the 5120-SI or the 5800 series.

Who can I talk to? Who can I send an email? Who could give me a quote for this one? Does anyone know?
