firmware missing (.app)

Hi there,



I using 5500G switch, my problem is my switch cannot boot up, because of folder .app missing or somebody was delete this folder, i'm trying download this folder to switch using ftp, but it failed to download, I need your help to soft this issue... pls teach to troubleshoot this problem....

You need to download the application file through console. On the configuration guide, page 974 (Local Boot ROM and Software Loading), you can find the procedure to perform this.
