H3C S3100 Switch problem on boot

After I delete configuration file in the flash the switch cannot boot that alert "No correct file to boot!". When I select skip configuration file on the boot menu then reboot nothing happen. the system file still in the flash (.bin,.btm,web file). how can I do? thank you.
