Hi,
As per the guide referenced by one of the member of community, I downloaded the HCL Simulator and tried to install but received the Error as per the screenshot attached. Then I downloaded the latest of Virtualbox and then tried to reinstall HCL then also the same error as attached.
Kindly advise which version of Virtualbox is compatible with HCL verion HCL_7.1.59-Setup.
Manish

SolutionHello @ManishChawda,
Error is because of virtual box version is older than HCL.
You have to uninstall Virtual Box and HCL if installed then install again.
HCL 7.1.59 will install virtual box 4.2.24 r92790 by it self.
If in case of any issue then manually install Virtual Box version 4.2.24r92790 first by below link then install HCL 7.1.59 simulator (Uninstall Virtual Box and Simulator first then follow this step).
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Download_Old_Builds_4_2
VirtualBox 4.2.24 (released Mar 13th 2014)
Windows hosts x86/AMD64
Hope this will help.
Thanks!

Re: HCL Simulator
HCL verion HCL_7.1.59-Setup is compatible with virtualbox version 4.2.24 r92790. You need to install virtualbox version 4.2.24 r92790 in order to HCL_7.1.59 work.
If you dont have virtualbox version 4.2.24 r92790 then uninstall your current virtual box and HCL completely than install HCL_7.1.59 from scratch.
Let me know if you come across any issue.
