Can you please share the product number 'JXXXXX' and exact issue?

Also which VLAN number you are using as management VLAN and config of management VLAN.

thank you for your reply, the switch model is 3com baseline switch 2924- sfp plus, product number: JE002A (3CBLSG24 ), 

I'm trying to change its IP address from 192..168.19.5 (vlan 1) to 10.1.25.27 (vlan 25), after changing this IP address the switch becomes unavailable, I don't find any option related to change management vlan.

dear all,

although there is no material or videos to explain how to change the management vlan in this switch, I found the solution thanks to Allah, which is that you download the running configuration and modify it by deleting the IP address under vlan 1  and put the new IP address under any interface vlan as you want and change the default gateway address, then upload this file to the switch, you will be asked to restart the switch, after restarting the switch you will find the switch is using the new IP Address.

Hi @wael-mosallam,

Instead of download config file, you can remove ip add from int vlan 1 by 'no ip add' then put the IP address into new interface  vlan and same way delete ip address from default gateway and add the new ip add on default gateway.

Then there will be no need to reboot the switch.

how to do these changes through GUI or CMD, this switch has limited commands, if through GUI, how to put 'no ip add'  there is no option from GUI to select vlan interface rather than vlan1.
