Yes, there is.
At interface context level you can execute the stp edged-port enable CLI command to let an interface be treated as an edge port by STP.

Is it good idea to connect HP "edge-ports" to vmware esxi vswitch ports in "Route based on originating port ID" mode?
ESXi Vswitch0 settings: Notify switches - YES, Failback - Yes, Failback mode - Active Active (2 physical adapters)
