Good evening,

I have a new duty that is check the configuration on a 3 COM 5500 Superstack device. But my trouble is only have access via web interface. I don't have any possibility to access the device withh serial wire because I don't have in the CPD where is installed this device.

Then I am searching some steps to check the "current configuration" via web interface. Anybody knows how can to see the "show run interface, show lldp neighbors..." Is a critical because I need to create a visio network scheme.

I do not have this switch in the company but...

you cannot save the file from the web console and open it in notepad? You do not have access telnet or SSH ?
