IRF Merge Reboot couses disconnection to other switches

Hello,

We have 2 1950-24G in IRF mode. In both switches Ports 1/0/26 and 2/0/26 are in BAGG mode and connected with HP transceivers to 2 HP 5900AF that are in IRF mode too. In HP 5900AF the ports 1/0/21 and 2/0/21 are in BAGG mode that connected the 2 HP 1950. The second switch of HP 1950 about every 10 minutes does an IRFMergeReboot. When both 1950 are connected to 5900AF and the second 1950 does an IRFMergeReboot we face disconnection issues in all other switches in our network that are connected to 5900AF. Now I have unplugged the connection of the second 1950. It continues to make IRFMergeReboots but because it is disconnected from 5900AF we don't face disconnection to all other switches
