MSTP configuration - Can't Add/Delete VLAN to/from Instance

Hello,

It is my first time here. We have two HP A2520X switches and the Comware version on them is 5.20.105

Recently I needed to add a new third VLAN to the switches. I have created the VLAN. Added the VLAN to the trunk ports. The connections through the VLAN are working fine.

But I am not able to add the VLAN, VLAN 1261, into MST Instance 1 on both of the SW-A and SW-B HP switches. Does anyone know what is the problem?

Also there is one extra VLAN, VLAN 2400 that I have created some time ago on the SW-A. I am trying to delete it from Instance 1, but it doesnt get deleted. Something stops it. Any idea why I cant delete the vlan?

Are there any numbers after the 5.20.105 in the Comware version?   That version that you provided only tells us that it is running Comware 5.  The numbers and letter after the 105 tell us the build number.  That is more important..
