multilink protocol compatibility issue with cisco router and HP MSR3044

i am not able to configure cisco multilink protocol in hp msr3044 router. i have tried many times to configure it but still physical port is up and protocol is showing down state.
so i just want to know about that there is a serial interface compatibility issue.
if anyone faced same issue earlier kindly repely and share your knowledge.

Find below both router configuration

This seems to a limitations of the module.

Which firmware you are using?

Advising you to log a case with support so they can check the compatibility.
