POE Not Working

Good Morning All 

I have A switch A5120 series JG237A 48 Port it was working good until 2 days the POE stoped i don't know what's the problem but i click that buttun in the switch to change the mood to Poe but still not working .. 

note 

i forgot the ip address and the password for the switch and i can't log in with the putty so what is the solution

That button on the switch is just to show you if poe is active on ports or not.

If you really want to know why it is not working, you should login into the switch.

But if you don't remember the credentials, the only way for you to fix the problem is to reset the switch.
