Port mirroring and SSH on 5500E

Port mirroring and SSH on 5500E

I am trying to do port mirroring on a 5500E and do not see a way in the WEB UI to do this.  I know I should be able to do this in the CLI but I can't seem to telnet or SSH to the switch.  Is there a way to at least set up telnet or SSH access through the web UI?
