Stacking/Clustering 2 HP A5800 JC100A 24 port issues

I'm having issues stacking/clustering two A5800 24 port switches.

I have not been able to find or I guess understand properly the steps needed to stack 2 of these switches togther.

I am attemping to stack from port 28 10G to the secondary port 28 10G ports.

I have NDP and NTDP enabled. I have disabled NDP and NTDP on ports 1-27

Switch01 has been setup as the "commander".

I do not see activity lights on either port 28.

I've rebooted several times but do not seem to be getting any positive results.

I'm not sure what the "cluster" refers to, but I suspect its just the management feature where you can log into one switch and then from there hop onto any other cluster members to manage them.

You might be better off stacking the switches using IRF:

@Vinceis right.

This function of "cluster" is just a shortcut for managing other switches, not providing any other resource.
