Validate QoS settings apply in 4500 and 5500

Hello, I have a scenario where I had to apply QoS rules to prioritize traffic from IP phones and softphones that my company uses, but I'm not sure how to validate that all settings are actually applied as needed.

Is there any software, tool, or even through the switches that I can validate?

Sure somebody's help, I keep on waiting.
