Why doesnt the new firmware updates show up on the download pages?

Anyone who knows why new firmware updates doesnt show up on the download pages?

 

For example the release notes for R2221P04 (5120EI) came 24th july, download still not available on:

 

https://h10145.www1.hp.com/Downloads/SoftwareReleases.aspx?ProductNumber=JE069A&lang=en&cc=us&prodSeriesId=4174705

 

Release notes for R1808P27 (5820) came 4th august, download still not available on:

 

https://h10145.www1.hp.com/Downloads/SoftwareReleases.aspx?ProductNumber=JC102A&lang=en&cc=us&prodSeriesId=4218345

 

So anyone who knows whats up?
