Why Inbound port mirroring does not show user MAC



I used 3com 5500G






port mirroring unable to identify which work station is being offensive IPS unable to identify end user by MAC address Inbound port mirroring does not show end user's MAC as source MAC of the fram




Please tell me , how can I do in this case ?
