3Com Airconnect 9150 no network

Hi, i had 5 AP Air connect 9150 in our store and i get a lot of difficult to acces to my network in wireless

When i connect to to wireless i get an ip adress from mt dhcp server 1time of 3.

My gateway is 192.168.1.2, my dhcp server is 192.168.1.8 and my access point is 192.168.1.70...74 255.255.255.0 like mask

i deactivate the wireless N : not work

i use different name for my wireless SSID : not work

i try to use my dhcp server like gateway in the gateway field in the config of access point : not work

i will try to put my AP in dhcp

i install a router like AP(No dhcp, network plug in lan port) and i get an ip adress without problem, i just configure the ip and mask

All my AP are to firmware 1.6.1 or 1.6.2, i had near 40 empty adress in my dhcp server

Anybody can help me with that
