3Com Wireless 7760 11a/b/g PoE Access Point

Hi, 

I'm having problems with my WAP - it is not providing a signal for users to use.  It is not being found by laptops looking for the nearest wap.  

However, it looks ok (at least on the surface) when viewed by the 3com device manager.  

Any helpful comments will be much appreciated.

Hi, I have that access point, but my problem is that I need to know, how can I do to active DHCP server function, because I need the access point providing addresses to all clients. Can you help me?

The 7760 is not a router so it doesn't have the capability to be a DHCP server it just extends your wired subnet. You would need a DHCP server on the subnet your clients are connecting to.

Did you enable the Radio and choose the correct band (5 or 2.4) ?
