3Com Wireless Switch Manager 7 says all radios are down when they are up

Hi,  

   We have a 3Com WX2200 wireless router.

When we log in to log into our 3Com Wireless Switch Manager 7.0, it says that all of our wireless connections are down when we know that they are up.   I can log in on my phone and the users are logging in on their devices.  I have tried several different sets of credentials when logging in (the GUI allows me in regardless) and it always says that they are down. 1 WX down, 30 Radios down, 30, MAPs down.  I have tried creating a new user and using those credentials but it's the same result. I have also restarted the 3WXM services but I get the same result. Can you tell me how I can reset the password or if there's a default password?  Under Devices, it says I have an 'Authorization Error'.

When you say that your wireless connections are down, did you mean the AP's are down on monitoring system in the 3WXM? Did you ever tried to renew the fingerprints on the AP's? Some years ago I faced a similar issue, solved with the fingerprints renew.
