3CRWE454G75 power led blinking, but not working

I have a 3CRWE454G75 Wireless Access Point.



The power led is blinking, LAN LED, too. The router doesn't work. The discover-programm doesn't find him. My DHCP doesn't give the router a IP.



I have reseted it, but nothing.



For testing, I have connected it direct to my PC (cross-cable), Lan LED blinks, Power led, too, but pinging it or with the discover cannot find it.



I haven't find what means the power-led blinking.
