9150 Question - same SSID?
Installed two 9150 APs in one suite. They are at opposite ends of the hallways. We named both SSIDs the same as clients could roam and stay connected. Users are reporting when they are in the main conference room, their signal is pretty bad. We think it is connecting to the opposite AP.
Is this supported? Maybe we have configured something incorrectly? Should it always pick up the strongest SSID if they are named the same?
Thanks for any input.

Re: 9150 Question - same SSID?
Hi Skip,
Clients stay connected to an AP until the signal strenght it receives from the AP drops below a certain amount. Then the WiFi clients seacrh for AP's and switch to the AP with the stronger signal.
So there are at least 2 ways to make your clients connect to a closer AP.
1 Drop the output power/signal of each AP so that clients switch sooner.
2 If client have a an option to configure the low signal threshold. Change it on the Client.
