Access point 9552 setup

hi there



 



i have a new AP 9552. i have dont the config various different ways but no laptop can see the ssid. ssid hide is disable for it so that means it should show up , right?



 



i have just default settings for the rest as i just want to know if i can see it first of all. the laptop is 5 feet away so its not a distance issue. i have bound both radios to the wireless service but still no good?



 



i think im missing somethign simple here, any help guys?
