Hello!
The 560 is controlled by whatever controller you have. There isn't a password to reset usually.
To reset a 560 you put a pin in the hole on the underside then plug in the POE network cable and let the lights on the front of the 560 flash three times and let go.
If you push in the reset button too long, it will go into firmware upload mode.
Then it is back to factory settings.
