HPE OC20 - Can't configure facebook WiFi
Good morning all ,
We recently set up an HPE OC20 AP in order to take advantage of the Facebook Wifi option.
It's been three months now that we are in contact with the support that asks us anything and everything, to finally return to actions already done.
Here is the detail of the problem:
The AP is online and has internet access.
The guest wifi is activated and without password, when enabling the facebook wifi we are redirected to Facebook. So we connect to the Facebook business page and then nothing happens.
We have the list of different facebook business page we created but no way to configure / choose the page that will serve as a captive portal etc.
On the other hand when one connects on the guest wifi, one is well redirected towards facebook which asks a login then facebook displays a red banner "cant find network, contact an administrator".
And as a bonus, if the user leaves the facebook page after redirection, without logging in, he still has access to the internet.
So I come to you to know if any of you already had similar configuration problems on the facebook Wifi?
