Problems AP 9550 WPA EAP and wpa supplicant linux not work

I have configured an AP9552 with WPA/WPA2 EAP, and RADIUS servers TAGGED VLAN.

The configuration works well for Windows and MAC but on Linux systems (including Android) does not work.

The log message displayed is:

Also shown Reason Code [8].

that these error codes mean?? where I can find error codes?

The radius server not receive any request for access point so I think the problem is the encryption WPA/WPA2 and linux wpa supplicant.

any idea?
