Problems with p2p programs.

Everytime I use any p2p program, my connection falls down and I lost all downloads progress, the programas that uses internet they loose theyr connection.



Talking witha  firend he said that he had the same problem, and he told me to change my CCK value, but i can't find it in my router configurations, if anyone can help me i'll be greatful.  



My router model is :  3crwer101u
