WiFi controller WX5002 and access points 7760 / 8760

Does anybody known what kind of software licenses I need to buy for create link between controller WX5002 and access point 7760/8760?

You just need to update the APs with the Fit firmware version. The 5000 and 3000 series do support these Access Points, but it needs to use the Fit firmware version.

Each 7760 / 8760 will use one of your available access point count.
