WX & Web Portal auth users remain active

Hi guys,

We have the problem as discussed here:

Does anyone know if there is a better solution now?  We need to use custom pages because of branding etc.  but it gets very annoying having to flush all the users off every couple of hours(which mean current users also get logged off).

There must be something better HP can do than to say use the built-in portal pages!!.. Idol time outs and all!..

Hi,

Idle timeout is exactly what we are using now as a solution - so yes, your suggestion is right - it works as we've been using it sometime now!
