wx3010 and AP9552 - clients connect and get disconnected
Hi all,
I have the following setup:
Building 1 - wx1200 and AP3150
Building 2 - wx3010 and AP9552
(see attached pdf, please)
The cisco router is forwarding dhcp (bootp) to our DC and the dhcp servers from wx are disabled.
The problem:
At building 2, the clients are getting disconnected and need to reconnect, disrupting the work. I'm guessing that not all clients get disconnected, but I've noticed that iphones are reconnecting very often (4 to 5 times per minute). Windows7 laptops also get disconected (not as often as iphones).
This doesn't happend at building 1 - same equipment get connected through wx1200 and stays connected.
This didn't happened before, when I got the dhcp servers of the wx equipments enabled (and wx1200 complaining about other dhcp servers on each vlan). After I've disabled dhcp server and the cisco realying dhcp this simptom started.
But the clients get IP...no problem. And for a while they get access to the vlan.
I've checked wx3010 logs and I got a repetition of these
-IfName=WLAN-DBSS2:154-MACAddr=XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX-VlanId=10-UserName=laptop.mydomain; The user passed 802.1X authentication and got online successfully.
host/laptop.mydomain from Port=0x100200a Vlan=0 MAC=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx IP=[IPADDR] sent authentication request
host/laptop.mydomain from Port=0x100200a Vlan=0 MAC=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx IP=[IPADDR] sent authentication request
host/laptop.mydomain from Port=0x100200a Vlan=0 MAC=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx IP=[IPADDR] sent authentication request
host/laptop.mydomain from Port=0x100200a Vlan=0 MAC=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx IP=[IPADDR] sent authentication request
Client [xxxx-xxxx-xxxx] successfully joins WLAN [Wireless], on APID [1] with BSSID [yyyy-yyyy-yyyy].
Client [xxxx-xxxx-xxxx] goes offline & detaches from WLAN [Wireless]. Reason Code [1].
-IfName=WLAN-DBSS2:154-MACAddr=XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX-VlanId=10-UserName=laptop.mydomain; The user passed 802.1X authentication and got online successfully.
Reason 1 on IEEE 802 is...Unspecified reason - no help here.
At RADIUS server, the logs only have the reconnections.
Can someone help me ? Any clues ?
