AP 515 showing offline on aruba central
Hi Team,
Could someone please assist in checking why my 4 nos. AP-515 are showing as offline in Aruba Central?
I’ve already performed basic troubleshooting via CLI, including successful ping tests 8.8.8.8and internal reachability checks. The APs are functioning properly on-site—clients are connecting without issue—but they still appear as offline in Aruba Central.
Notably, other devices from the same site, including PoE switches, are showing online in Central.
Appreciate your support in reviewing this issue and advising on next steps.

Re: AP 515 showing offline on aruba central
Hi,
It appears that the devices may be unsubscribed, which would explain why they are not accessible via Aruba Central.
However, there could be other possible causes as well.
I recommend reaching out to HPE GreenLake Platform Support with the device serial numbers and associated Workspace details for further investigation:
