add new 1TB LIC EVA 8000 withe Command View 6.00

I have 4 * 1TB lic
EVA 8000 XSC Vr5.0 CV 4.0
and I want to Add a new 1TB LIC, do I need to upgrade Command View to The new Version?

do you have CV4 or CV6 ? coz you have mentioned both in your query.
with CV 6 you can add license.
now CV 9.3 is released.
also your XCS version is old and needs to be updated.

you need to upgrade your CV asap,
do you have a support contract bcoz CV 7 onwards licensing is enforced.
