Array rebuild
We have replaced a 5x36GB Array with a 5x72GB on a ML370 server with Integrated Smart Array, backing up & restoring the server.
After 4 days do not has finished rebuiling the array.
The server is a file server with 140GB used, very busy.
There is a way to know where it's arrived with the background parity initialization ( ACU gave no info about), and if it' acceptable a similar time-frame or i have to start worrying...?
Regards, Manfri

Re: Array rebuild
Run the Array Diagnostic Utility and see what the status is. While you are doing that save a report from the utility to a diskette in case you have to send it in to customer support.
