Auto Path XP for Windows 2000 with two Agilent FC HBA cards?

Looking for someone that already have done the following implementation:

1. XP512
2. Brocade switches 2800 ( 2 )
3. Two FC HBA cards from Agilent ( D8602A/B )
4. Windows 2000 Advanced Server
5. Auto Path XP for Windows 2000
6. NetServer system ( LT6000r )

I've done such a configuration, only than on a netserver LHr3.

I've run into a problem with this myself. I'm now told that there is a driver problem with having 2 8602B cards in the same Netserver. I was told to use the QLogic cards (QLA2100 or QLA2200), as the drivers work better.
