Batteries includes in xp1024 Support

Does HP support for the xp1024 include replacement cache batteries in the standard xp1024 support offering at no additional charge or are they considered a consummable?

The batteries are covered by all support options. A sim will be logged about 6 months or so before the battery EOL to give HP and the Customer time to arrange to have them replaced. If your XP dials home HP will be notified and will have the batteries ordered.
