Battery

My insight manager 4.90b reports that the battery charge on the controller is low..... Is that a rechargeable battety that charge itself, so that i should just wait for the battery to charge ??

Yes if it states it is low give it 24 to 48 hours and see if it charges back up if not then the controller may need to be replaced pending on which controller you have.
