Business Copy agent install on Solaris 5.9

Hi,
Can the latest version of Business copy agent install on Solaris version 5.9 server?

Or do I need minimum Solaris 10?

You should be able to install RM on Solaris 9 as well. Solaris 9 has not reached its EOL. Its gonna be active for some more time.
