Can I use SA6402 with MSA 500

I have an MSA500 with 4 port SCSI module and just one SA642 in each cluster node. I have 2 spare SA6402's with 512MB cache sitting on the shelf here, can I use these as well?

If I can use the SA6402 as well as the SA642 in each node will there be any performance difference over 2 x SA642s or setup difficulties?
