Can't add enclosure to teh EVA4400

Hi All,

We stuck in big trouble with adding new M6412 drive enclosures to our EVA4400.
Currently we have configuration:
EVA4400 2C2D, we need to add new M6412 enclosure.

We uses manual:

We connect new enclosure, power on the system, but EVA did not completely start up, and new ID was not added to the new enclosure, it still 00, instead 03.
We repeat this steps many times, but result was the same.
In attachment the is controller event log.

Please help, it's urgent.

Hi Max,

The solution is to upgrade the EVA controller FW to 09006000 at least.If you have FW 09001000 you should go in 2 steps.

We solve this problems with updating firmware to the version: xcs_09522000.
