can't discover storage system by CV 9.2

can't discover storage system by CV 9.2

i can find 4 HSV450 controller in windows device manager, and commandview service is started, but i can't discover storage in CV,my storage system is EVA8400.

RUN:

c:\Program files\Hewlett Packard\SanWorks\Element Manager for Storageworks HSV\cvutil paths

See what paths you have to the EVA.

Command View only talks to master controller, have you configured the zoning so that the server has access to both controllers?
