Change Resolution Monitor on X1600 12 TB

I've purchase HP StorageWorks X1600 12 TB SATA w/ Windows Storage Server 2008 & HP W15e Monitor. The system is running well. The Display Setting is 800x600, when i try to change upsizing screen resolution to 1024x768 it's not work, the bar sizing isn't active. So whats the problem n solution ? Even the driver of VGA ATI is good working proverly.
